Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup crushed Trefoils cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced

In a large bowl, combine sliced apples and lemon juice, tossing to coat.
