How To Make Apple & Blueberry Danishes

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 large apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix together the diced apple, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and flour.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal squares.

Spoon the apple-blueberry mixture onto the center of each square.

Fold the corners of the pastry square in towards the center, creating a danish shape.

Brush the beaten egg wash over the pastries.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before serving.
