How To Make Swirly Lemon Drizzle Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest and juice.

Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Transfer the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

While the fingers are baking, make the lemon drizzle by combining the powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to form a thick glaze.
