How To Make Berry Bake with Passion Fruit Drizzle

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well and transfer to the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers to mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the mixture over the berries.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly and tender.

In a small saucepan, heat the passion fruit juice and honey over low heat until warm and well combined.
