How To Make Raspberry Streusel Bars
A decadent dessert that combines tart raspberries with a buttery streusel topping and a chewy oatmeal base.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup raspberry jam
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for streusel topping. Press remaining mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan.

Spread raspberry jam evenly over crust.

Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top of jam.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
