How To Make Strawberry & Cinnamon Streusel Bars

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup strawberry jam
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the cold cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut it into the dry ingredients until crumbly.

Reserve 1 cup of the mixture for the streusel topping.

Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the reserved streusel mixture over the top of the jam.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
