How To Make Banana Cookies

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork until smooth.

  3. Add the rolled oats, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well to combine.

  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

  5. Flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
