How To Make Next Level Chocolate Fondant

- 150g dark chocolate
- 150g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F) and grease 4 ramekins with butter.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

Sift in the flour and salt, and gently fold everything together until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly wobbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
