  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, creating an even layer.

  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  5. Gently fold in the diced strawberries until well combined.

  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Allow the dessert to cool completely before cutting into squares.

  9. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
