How To Make Coconut & Jam Macaroon Traybake

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam (or your preferred flavor)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, flour, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the coconut mixture and stir until fully combined.

Spread half of the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Dollop spoonfuls of jam on top of the coconut mixture and use a knife to gently swirl the jam into the mixture.

Drop spoonfuls of the remaining coconut mixture on top of the jam layer, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.

Allow the traybake to cool completely before cutting into squares.
