How To Make Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 7-inch springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and ricotta until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add in the sugar while continuing to beat until well combined.

Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, and lemon zest until evenly incorporated.

Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the top of the cheesecake.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
