Ingredients

  • 400g fusilli pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. Add ricotta cheese and heavy cream. Stir until combined.

  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and stir to combine.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. Serve hot.
