  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the ripe bananas, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

  3. Divide the graham cracker mixture among 4 serving dishes and press it down to form a crust.

  4. Pour the banana and peanut butter mixture evenly over the crusts.

  5. In a large mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  6. Spoon the whipped cream over the banana and peanut butter mixture in the serving dishes.

  7. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  8. Remove from the freezer, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and serve.
