How To Make Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Chocolate sauce (optional, for drizzling)
- Chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Pour the peanut butter cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill and set.

Before serving, carefully remove the outer ring of the springform pan. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Slice and serve the peanut butter cheesecake chilled.
