French Kiss Swirl Mini Cheesecakes Recipe

This recipe was inspired by King Arthur Flour’s French Kiss Cookie Mix


This mini cheesecake recipe was inspired by King Arthur Flour's French Kiss Cookie Mix. Chocolate disks are melted in a small bowl then mixed with cheesecake mixture and baked for a sweet and lovely finishing.

Ingredients

  • 4 French Kiss Cookies, premade
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 4 Jacques Torres Chocolate disks

Instructions

  1. First, bake the King Arthur French Kiss Cookies.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Crumble the French Kiss Cookies and add the melted butter then combine.

  4. Pat cookie mixture evenly in the bottom of each mini springform pan.

  5. Set aside.

  6. In a small mixer bowl, add softened cream cheese and beat in sugar, vanilla, and egg.

  7. Place chocolate disks in a small bowl and melt by setting a pan of hot water or place it in the microwave on high for 1 minute.

  8. Stir until completely melted.

  9. Pour cheesecake mixture evenly into both springform pans.

  10. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of cheesecake. Using a wooden bamboo stick or toothpick, swirl the chocolate into the cheesecake.

  11. Bake for 25 minutes.

  12. Allow cooling completely before removing it from the pan.
