Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) of dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (60g) of unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (25g) of cocoa powder, for rolling
Instructions

Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Add the butter and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until the mixture is firm.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
