  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the dried cranberries and chopped almonds.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.

  4. Pour the honey mixture over the cranberry and almond mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the clusters are golden brown.

  7. Allow the clusters to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
