- 1 cup of pecan halves
- 1 cup of caramel candies, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Sea salt, for sprinkling

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the pecan halves onto the lined baking sheet, making small clusters by grouping 3-4 pecans together.

In a small saucepan, melt the caramel candies and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.

Remove the caramel mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
