  • 150g chestnut flour
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a large bowl, mix the chestnut flour, crème fraîche, juice and zest of the lemons, eggs, and sugar until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch cake pan and smooth the top.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
