- 1 cup cooked polenta
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked polenta, diced ham, thawed peas, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Shape the polenta mixture into small round cakes and place them in the heated skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
