  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Graham cracker crust
  • Fresh berries (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the flour and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.

  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared graham cracker crust.

  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  8. Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries if desired.
