How To Make Baklava Cake

- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup phyllo dough sheets
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, pistachios, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Brush a baking dish with some of the butter mixture.

Layer a sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish, then brush with the butter mixture. Repeat with half of the phyllo dough sheets.

Sprinkle half of the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.

Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets, brushing each with the butter mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining nut mixture over the top.

Cut the baklava cake into squares or triangles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
