Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • a pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cashews
  • 1 tablespoon raisins

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over low heat.

  2. Add besan and roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  4. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins to the roasted besan.

  5. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

  6. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball using your hands.

  7. Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture to make ladoos.

  8. Let them cool completely before serving.
