Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 6-inch pie dish.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

  4. Stir in the heavy cream and eggs until fully combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Place the pie dish into the air fryer. Cook for 35 minutes.

  7. Once done, remove the pie dish from the air fryer and allow to cool.

  8. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon on top.
