Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together white vinegar, water, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumber and red onion.

  3. Pour dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture.

  4. Toss salad well to coat all vegetables.

  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
