How To Make Swedish Fish Stew
A savory, tomato-based stew loaded with tender fish and vegetables, topped with Swedish herbs.

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Swedish seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups fish or vegetable broth
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.

Add diced fish and Swedish seasoning. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh herbs (optional).
