- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- salsa ingredients:
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

To assemble the wraps, spoon a portion of the ground beef mixture onto a tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Roll up the tortilla and secure with toothpicks if needed.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
