How To Make Lime & Pepper Chicken Wraps

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.

Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a spoonful of sour cream onto it. Top with a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and cilantro.

Add a few slices of the grilled chicken onto the tortilla and drizzle with salsa.

Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
