
How To Make Korean BBQ Galbi

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef short ribs, cut into individual pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice wine or mirin
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine garlic, green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, rice wine, honey, and black pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.

Place the beef short ribs in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and allow the ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the marinade.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Remove from the grill and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the Korean BBQ Galbi with steamed rice and kimchi for a complete meal.
