How To Make Korean BBQ Wings
From frying, roasting, grilling to slow-cooking, these chicken recipes are sure to hit the spot for our favorite lean meat to bring out the flavors in every meal that chicken lovers can’t resist.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.

Place the chicken wings in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

Grill the wings for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
