Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cake flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

  3. In another bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

  4. Add in cake flour and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

  5. Fold in egg white mixture gently.

  6. Pour mixture into a 6-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake cheesecake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Let cheesecake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

  9. Serve and enjoy.
