- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green chili, seeded
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, mint, parsley, garlic, green chili, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
