How To Make Toasted Bread Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lay the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool.

Once cooled, break the bread into small crumbs using your hands or a food processor.

In a saucepan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
