Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine dried apricots, water, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, red chili flakes, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the apricots are soft and the mixture thickens.
