Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

  4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken and garlic.

  5. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions, cilantro, and peanuts.

  7. Spoon the mixture onto individual lettuce leaves, rolling them up like a wrap.

  8. Serve the Asian Lettuce Wraps and enjoy!
