  • 1 tbsp of chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Pico de gallo
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Rub the spice blend onto the fish fillets.

  4. Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle or in the microwave.

  6. Assemble the tacos with the fish, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and lime wedges.
