How To Make Fish Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In a shallow dish, combine flour and cornmeal. Dredge fish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven.

Place cooked fish fillets in tortillas and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, sour cream, and avocado.

Serve fish tacos with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
