How To Make African Braised Cabbage Recipe
Tender and flavorful cabbage with a touch of African spice.

Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cabbage, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Give everything a nice stir.

Pour the broth into the skillet and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cover and braise the cabbage for 20-25 minutes until it’s soft and tender.

Serve hot as a tasty side dish or topped with chicken or beef for a complete meal.
