How To Make Uno Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Juicy shrimp in a garlicky, lemony, buttery sauce served over pasta.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
