How To Make The Capital Grille’s Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Juicy shrimp and buttery garlic, cooked in white wine sauce, served over pasta.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, divided
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb linguine
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a pan, melt half of the butter and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt remaining butter and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add white wine and lemon juice, and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until slightly reduced.

Add shrimp back to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and heat through.

Serve shrimp scampi over cooked pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
