How To Make Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread
A delicious, moist pumpkin bread perfect for a cozy fall breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and white sugar until smooth.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
