Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 jar Trader Joe’s Masala Simmer Sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add in the grated ginger and spices and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add in the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Pour in the jar of Masala Simmer Sauce and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and allow the dish to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
