  • zest from 2 limes
  • whipped cream and lime slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

  5. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks until light and frothy.

  6. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest, and whisk until combined.

  7. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.

  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
