Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee, then arrange them in a single layer in a 9×9 inch dish.

  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

  4. Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee, then arrange them in a single layer on top of the mascarpone mixture.

  5. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.

  6. Dust with cocoa powder using a fine mesh strainer.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
