Ingredients
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups strong coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat together the mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee, then arrange them in a single layer in a 9×9 inch dish.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee, then arrange them in a single layer on top of the mascarpone mixture.

Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.

Dust with cocoa powder using a fine mesh strainer.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
