  • 2 cans of tuna, drained

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine tuna, red onion, and celery.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour mayo mixture over the tuna mixture and stir well to combine.

  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
