How To Make Ron’s Blueberry Pancakes
Fluffy and wholesome pancakes bursting with fresh blueberries – the perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- butter or cooking spray, for greasing the pan
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk together before stirring in the melted butter.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet ingredients. Whisk until batter is smooth.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and grease with butter or cooking spray.

Use a 1/4 cup to scoop the batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.

Serve hot with butter, syrup, or additional blueberries, if desired.
