How To Make Pasta House Fettuccine Primavera Recipe
Creamy fettuccine pasta with fresh vegetables in a delicious garlic-parmesan sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined with the vegetables. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is thickened.

Add cooked fettuccine pasta to the pan and toss in the sauce until well coated.
