How To Make Liam’s Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

Juicy beef patty topped with crispy bacon and melted cheese, served on a toasted bun.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet on medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Form the beef mixture into 4 patties.

  4. Grill or cook the bacon until crispy, set aside.

  5. Grill or cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.

  6. Top each patty with a slice of cheese, allow it to melt.

  7. Place cooked beef patties on toasted buns, top with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and condiments if desired.
