How To Make Krispy Kreme Mint Chocolate Donuts Recipe
These fluffy donuts are infused with mint and topped with a smooth chocolate glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a donut pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, peppermint extract, and food coloring (if using).

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Carefully spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold 2/3 full.

Bake the donuts for 12-15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and spring back when touched.

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.

While the donuts are cooling, make the chocolate glaze. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, making sure to cover the tops completely.
