  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Slice peaches and toss with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.

  3. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish.

  4. Cut butter into flour and salt until crumbly, then mix in water until a dough forms.

  5. Roll out dough on a floured surface and lay on top of peach mixture.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
