How To Make Joella’s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions

Slice peaches and toss with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.

Pour into a 9-inch baking dish.

Cut butter into flour and salt until crumbly, then mix in water until a dough forms.
